Damon serves as CEO for our newest and most innovative division to date. With an emphasis on leveraging tools to help business owners, Damon leads the team with a keen understanding of what entrepreneurs need to be successful.
As Founder, Chairman and CEO of The Mintz Group, Damon continues to build on the success of our cores values of faith, family and freedom. He lives in the Akron, Ohio area, is married and has six children.

To advance this mission, he co-founded REN360, an AI-powered platform designed to give every business an AI Sales & Marketing Employee that automates lead generation, follow-up, and conversion—allowing them to focus on what matters most: building relationships and closing deals.
