Meet Nanak
I met Damon back in 2017 when I was still in college, coaching summer baseball. His oldest son, Tyler, was on both teams I coached that summer. As we traveled around the country for games, we naturally got to know each other better—sharing hotel rooms and dinners. Damon offered me my first job in sales and project management in the energy sector.
After a few other jobs, I reconnected with Damon during his ERC (Employee Retention Credit Program) days. My main goal was to help manage the company’s massive growth by implementing SOPs to streamline the client filing process. We introduced new software, created the account manager position, and ensured a personalized touch for each client going through what can be a stressful filing process. Today, I’m focused on building out processes for new programs, including the R&D Tax Credit and the Preventive Wellness Program. These programs can make a significant impact on our clients, especially the wellness program, which emphasizes a healthy lifestyle for more productive workdays.
My focus is on sales and operations to ensure the client comes first and we all work together for their best interests.
